Biography

Building a Legacy of Investment Excellence

George Farha is the Chairman and Founder of GSP Capital, a global investment firm he established in 2011. Under his leadership, GSP Capital has grown to focus on private equity, private credit, impact investing, and real estate across multiple continents.

George's investment philosophy centers on combining a global perspective with deep understanding of local markets, particularly the MENA region. The firm specializes in identifying promising companies and providing innovative financing solutions across multiple sectors.

A graduate of University College London (UCL), where he earned his BEng in Chemical Engineering in 1991, George has maintained strong ties with his alma mater. His commitment to education and entrepreneurship led him to establish the George Farha New Venture Awards in 2016, supporting student entrepreneurs at UCL.

George collaborates closely with leading institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals globally, building lasting partnerships based on trust, integrity, and shared success.

Health & Research

Supporting the UCL Lori Houlihan Glioblastoma Fund and the "Best for You" mental health initiative, advancing critical medical research and mental health awareness.

Education

Funding scholarships at UCL, establishing the George Farha New Venture Awards for student entrepreneurs, and supporting the UCLU Boat Club. Also funded the George Farha Café Bar at UCL.

Veterans Support

Backing the Poppy Factory to assist veterans with employment opportunities, helping those who have served to transition to civilian careers with dignity.
